What is the Fidflow MCP?

It is an MCP (Model Context Protocol) server that connects your AI assistant to your Fidflow account. Your assistant can look up and create clients, posts, campaigns and labels, and read your calendar. Fidflow has no AI of its own: you connect the one you already use.

What can your AI do today?

Today the server has 13 tools:

Clients

  • list_clients Lists your clients and how many posts they have pending.
  • get_client Shows a client’s details.
  • create_client Creates a new client.

Posts

  • list_posts Lists posts, filtered by client and status.
  • create_post Creates a post with text, networks, date and approval deadline.
  • update_post_caption Changes a post’s main text (Agency and Pro).

Calendar

  • get_calendar Shows what is scheduled in a date range.

Campaigns

  • list_campaigns Lists campaigns (Agency and Pro).
  • create_campaign Creates a campaign (Agency and Pro).

Labels

  • list_labels Lists labels.
  • create_label Creates a label.
  • add_label_to_post Adds a label to a post.

Guide

  • get_guide Explains the networks and formats to your AI, and what to ask you before creating a post.

What the MCP does not do

  • It does not upload photos or videos: media is uploaded in Fidflow.
  • It does not generate images or video.
  • It creates one text per post. Each network’s version is adjusted in the Fidflow composer.
  • Fidflow has no AI of its own: you use the one you already have.

How do you connect your AI?

    Copy the server URL

    In Fidflow, go to Connections. The URL and the steps for each assistant are there.

    Add it to your assistant

    As an MCP server or integration, depending on the assistant you use.

    Authorize access

    Fidflow opens: you sign in and approve the connection. No keys to copy.

Which plans include MCP?

MCP is available on every plan: Freelancer, Agency and Pro, plus the 7-day free trial. Some advanced actions depend on your plan: editing a post’s text and looking up or creating campaigns from your AI are available on Agency and Pro.

Does anything get published without approval?

No. Every post your AI creates lands in Fidflow as pending approval. You and your client review it like any other post before it is published.

Do I pay for AI in Fidflow?

No. Fidflow includes no AI and does not charge for it. You use your own assistant with your own account.

Can my AI delete posts or clients?

No. The available tools read, create and edit; none of them delete.

What if my AI creates a post with mistakes?

It stays pending approval. You review and fix it in Fidflow before your client approves it.
